The HME TrackSmart™ Guest Location System replaces table-tents, number-sticks or pagers in a fast casual restaurant environment. TrackSmart™ uses active RFiD technology to track the resting location of a customer waiting for an order to be delivered to their table. The software component provides analytics for operational efficiency: delivery times, most frequented tables, and customer flow trends. Also, TrackSmart is fully integrated with QSR Kitchen Systems.
